For password resets:
The email must be sent from the same email address associated with your account.
You will get a response with a temporary password and instructions to change this password.
This process is not automatic, so the response generally will not be immediate.
For banned IP addresses:
Your IP address apparently was previously used by a spammer and recorded in a database. If you are using a VPN, try a different IP address. Otherwise, ask your internet service provider to give you a new IP address. If that fails, contact us and we will try to help resolve the issue.
